The largest asteroid that we know of which has hit the Earth was about 15km in diameter. It landed at a place now called Sudbury Basin in Canada almost 2 billion years ago. There have been similar sized asteroids hit Earth, but all of them were a very long time ago: many millions or even billions of years in the past.
