Excellent question. Dinosaur remains are not found in fossils, as any component of the original animal will have become mineralised.
Amber however is an entirely different means of preservation – insects entombed in resin which is subsequently buried, then solidifies over time to become amber. There is no “replacement” of the original material. So although highly degraded, it could be possible to find dinosaur material (e.g. blood remains) from the stomach of a mosquito.
