It partially depends on what kind of information you’re looking for! The CSIRO has some great information (see http://outreach.atnf.csiro.au/education/senior/astrophysics/) and is very trustworthy. You could also try this NASA site (http://science.nasa.gov/astrophysics/focus-areas/how-do-stars-form-and-evolve/).
If in doubt, only trust information from organisations like NASA, CSIRO, or universities. I think that the two links above should be very useful though!
