Hard question. I have lived in Hanoi Vietnam which was great fun and a vibrant city. Laos is the most amazing country I have been to. Hampi in India was the most incredible cultural site I have visited. Lord Howe Island one of the most amazing places in Australia, Namibia has great animals and you can’t beat Java Indonesia for surfing.
