Scientists and students talk on this website. They both break down barriers, have fun and learn. But only the students get to vote.
This zone is the Boron Zone. It has a range of scientists studying all different topics. Who gets the prize? YOU decide!
I don’t think so – it gets hot very quickly, and very high pressures – and I don’t think there is much to see there anyway! Heather probably knows best.

Pressure, temperature, solid and liquid states. As it is fewer people have gone to the bottom of the ocean, than into outer space. So I can’t imagine it such travel being possible at this stage. But lets see what Heather says?

A heat and pressure resistant boat? people have really only just managed to get down to the deepest parts of the oceans, so I guess it would be one giant challenge to get through the earth

My feeling is that it would be technically very difficult. Given that we’ve landed a probe on Venus though, albeit only for a short time, I wonder how close we could get. I’ll be interested in Heather’s answer too! I don’t think that humans could survive though, despite what Hollywood movies say!
