In my case badly… but Ive seen them make tasty ones on master chef. They seem to just stuff skins with meat and somehow that tastes good. Sausages are also the best thing about bunnings 🙂

To make a good sausage, you need about 70% meat (with herbs, spices and other flavourings) and about 30% fat (usually pork fat). The fat is what keeps the sausage together when you cut it open. You also need to keep the mixture quite cool before you stuff it into the casings. A good sausage should not need sauce in my opinion! 🙂
